Academic lecturer.I provide legal advice to IT, esports and gaming industry. As part of my practice, I also provide services to the sports and various creative industries. I specialise in intellectual property law, matters related to combating unfair competition, press law and protection of moral rights. I have experience in both corporate and trial work, including the specificity of criminal and arbitration cases. I also have represented clients before national and international courts, including the Court of Arbitration for Sport based in Lausanne.I published a number of scientific publications in the field of legal aspects of creating video games and esports. I am an author of press statements published in, among others, Dziennik Gazeta Prawna, Przegląd Sportowy, Esportmania (Onet). I am a frequent speaker at academic and industry conferences, in particular Game Industry Conference and Mastering the Game.
