Jack is currently the Chief Methodologist at Nexus Link. Jack brings with him several years of research experience, having worked and consulted on numerous marketing research and consulting projects for MNCs and government organisations in Asia. He has conducted at least 700 research projects in the fields of advertising and marketing, brand equity, customer engagement, organisational climate, product development, campaign development and public opinions polls. He has extensive experiences in designing and directing studies, consulting with the clients by providing evidence-based advice, influencing client business decisions, developing measurement systems to improve business outcomes, and managing client growth and retention. In his previous capacities, Jack has assumed a number of leadership positions including Senior Project Director, Towers Perrin-International Survey Research; Vice-President, Market Probe; President, NetValue Asia and; Research Director, The Gallup Organization.For his active contribution in community work, he has also been awarded the National Day Award by the former President of Singapore, Mr S.R. Nathan.Jack has a Bachelor's degree in Business and Marketing (BCM), an Honours degree in Management (Bcom Hons), a Masters of Commerce and Management (MCM) and a Doctorate in Organisational behaviour (PhD).
