As a C-suite leader, faculty member, writer, thought leader, and entrepreneur, I have served in various administrative and faculty positions for over 30 years. I currently hold President Emerita status at enrollmentFUEL, a national SEM marketing and consulting company, alongside my job at Blue Rock Search as CXO. My experience includes executive-level responsibilities of strategic planning, organizational development, budgeting, trustee, and government relations. I also have a background in a diverse set of professional areas including customer experience, executive coaching, consulting, EOS implementation, strategic enrollment management, student services, retention, graduate and adult recruitment, alumni relations, institutional advancement, institutional research, registration functions, accreditation, media relations, and instruction.Areas of teaching include leadership, strategic management, marketing and sales, enrollment, women’s studies, finance, qualitative research, and foundations of teaching/education, as well as organizational management at both the undergraduate and graduate levels. My practitioner-based pedagogical models lead me to present engaging curriculum design.I have presented over 200 sessions at academic and administrative conferences and have published multiple books, articles, manuscripts, and opinion pieces during my career. Additionally, I was the 2019 winner of the AACRAO International Higher Education Leadership Award.I have a deep passion for the international space, where I have focused on collaborative faculty research, student exchange, accreditation consultation, program reviews, and faculty training and development around the globe. From 2009 to 2020, I was the lead female faculty trainer for universities throughout the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia under the auspices of the Academic Leadership Center of the Ministry of Education. I also held a faculty appointment at the all-male King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals in Saudi Arabia and led the first faculty mentorship program for the Kingdom. I received my doctorate in higher education administration from The George Washington University where my dissertation, The American Council on Education’s Office of Women in Higher Education: A Case Study of Evolution and Decline 1973-2011, was the winner of the national Myra Sadker Dissertation Award.
