• Provide the administration, implementation, and management of the Thriving Together project and ensure success of the coalition's health equity strategy. • Serve as the primary contact for the funder's internal coordinator and coalition members. • Provide strategic direction for our coalition to support the creative concept and design processes.• Advise direct reports and liaise with cross functional teams to ensure program strategy, creative ideation and program delivery are aligned with the needs of the coalition and partners. • Coordinate with other community organizations to facilitate access to services needed by the coalition. • Facilities planning meetings with the coalition and partner organizations to arrive at collaborative solutions for positive system Change to impact homelessness. • Identify and establish community contacts and partners to keep a pulse on changes in the homeless community. • Leverage relationships with partners to aid in achieving protect strategic goals. • Establish and evaluate systems to actively monitor project performance, develop interventions to ensure successful outcomes, and maximize efficiencies between internal and external partners.• Research data and homeless trends to educate and inform coalition members to advance healthy equity approach. • Evaluate and facilitate necessary changes to the coalition creating process for continuous improvement. • Respect and utilize the skills, expertise, experience, and insights of staff and coalition members. • Anticipate conflict and facilitate resolution amongst staff/coalition members.• Work closely with the Chief Operating Officer on issues regarding tears leadership, project strategy, and partnership opportunities. • Learn the Prosperomos Juntas/Thriving Together model through the Phase 1 training conducted by Methodist Healthcare Ministries.
