Design has always been a passion ....Creating unique spaces ...utilising Tiles, Natural stone, Engineered Stone, Stonemasonry, Timber Flooring,Carpet and Tiles, Joinery, Paving, Pool tilesInteriors including furniture, rugs, paint colours and window furnishingsExteriors including furniture, planting and aesthetic Health wise Formerly a competitive triathlete including Ironman and always a keen skiier (both water & snow) , I have endured a number of injuries which enable a greater understanding of what my patients are going through.Now a dedicated yoga practice, cycling and swimming help me understand the need to constantly strive to protect and preserve my cardiovascular system, strength and flexibility, together with my mental well-being. Obviously function of all of our joints, and especially our spines, is paramount.
