She maintains a private practice and psychological consultancy in New York and has over two decades of direct service, supervision, and training in the public mental health sector at Astor Services. Dr. Codrington is also the Founder and CEO of Asili Services, Inc., in which she provides therapeutic spaces and curated experiences for community and relationship building, elevating purpose-driven work, and promoting holistic health and well-being.Dr. Codrington is a published author and public speaker who has been featured in several local and national publications, podcasts, and news broadcasts sharing her expertise on culturally-aligned mental health treatment, trauma, and racial equity.
