Lead the establishment of this new college and especially supervising the development of the Civil Engineering program that was developed at RUW in Collaboration with "WVU- West Virginia University, USA" this was a joint venture' the first in the region with WVU. I would also serve as the lesion between the Bahrain Campus and the main WVU campus to ensure quality assurance and proper delivery of the program.

Taught the courses of: Modern Architecture, California Architecture and Urban History, and Art History Survey.

Helped further the develop the new Interior Design program preparing for the gradation f the 1st cohort. In addition I developed the upper division design studio courses, the internship, and taught some of the history of architecture courses, in addition to faculty recruitment and development, and sat on a number of university wide committees.
