About Dr. Jason Kwak

Dr. Jason Kwak, Founder & CEO of JK SEL, is an accomplished leader, who spent major part of his career in Samsung Electronics Ltd., South Korea. He went to India, in 2008, as the MD of Samsung R&D Institute, Noida. He was instrumental in setting up this R&D centre from the scratch, which reached a head count of more than 3000+ engineers in a mere 5-year time. In 2013, he moved to Samsung R&D Institute, Bengaluru, as MD again, to re-build this centre to an Advanced R&D centre. He conceptualized the idea of JK SEL after retiring from Samsung, as a Sr. Vice President.
