Dr Jayanta Banerjee is an Associate Professor at City University, Ajman, UAE. His academic interest lies in teaching Marketing and General Management papers to students of MBA and PhD. He also guides master thesis students of Liverpool John Moores University, UK. He regularly adjudicates PhD thesis of different universities.Dr Banerjee has registered a patent in 2020 on a unique way of predicting mental health using Machine Learning and AI. He was also awarded copyright in 2022 for the work titled “An AI-based future job recruitment process tool for HR professionals” He is an Erasmus+ grant awardee and has taught at Manchester Metropolitan University, UK. He has completed a project with a US client, developing content for Strategic Brand management in 2022.He regularly participates in conferences in India and abroad as a Chair and is a member of different academic bodies, where he participates as a subject expert. He has consistently high student feedback throughout his career. He has more than 35 publications in national and international journals and participated in more than 40 conferences. He received the best teacher award at Christ University in 2018.Dr Banerjee has more than two decades of teaching and research experience He enjoys every moment of learning and disseminating knowledge to thousands of young minds, helping them be professionals in management and marketing discipline.
