 Acquired and implemented C-Level client sponsorships for “Take Your Loved One to Doctor’s Day” a 30-market annual & national event/campaign. Acquired and implemented C-Level client seven-figured multi-cultural sponsorship for Tom Joyner Family Reunion, Community Wellness Pavilion, an annual & national campaign. Created the first digital gaming platform for the syndicated network. Generated $5.9 Million in ad revenue at the end of my tenure.

 Successfully partnered with the NYC Department of Health, Partnership for Drug-Free America, NYC Government Agencies & NGO’s to generate seven-figure community-based initiatives, including campaigns in the following areas:Child welfare & advocacy, L.G.B.T.Q equality, Transgender visibility, H.I.V awareness, FLU prevention, Equality, Literacy, Mental Health and Smoking Cessation. Created a philanthropic Hip-Hop/R&B event featuring Beyoncé sponsored by L’Oréal and Museum of Radio & Television, which received national and international acclaim. Awarded a citation from the Harlem Block Beautification & Community Caucus. Generated $10 Million in ad revenue at the end of my tenure. Recognized as Account Manager of the Year for Emmis Communications, 2006, 2008 & 2009.

 1st African American Local & National Sales Manager in position.  Managed 43 person staff remotely & in person Retained entire sales team through the 9-11 Crisis. Surpassed revenue goals for 2001 – 2004. Recognized as Sales Director of the Year for CBS-Viacom - 2002, 2003, & 2004. 18 Million ad revenue
