As a global public health professional with more than 20+ years of leadership experience in technical, operational, managerial, MEAL, grant, and policy & advocacy domains in large-scale RMNCHN programs across South Asian Countries. Two decades of career journey with public health & social flagship programs and had substantial work experience with counterparts – Ministries, NIN, AIIMS, NGOs, Donors, and communities. Demonstrative working experience in managing large-scale health & nutrition programs through multi-sectoral & Collaborating, Learning, and Adapting (CLA) approach and adopted different methodologies - cohort, cross-sectional, RCT, community-based initiatives, incremental learning approach, and carried out implementation research.Established robust Integrated Results-Based Management Systems (IRBM) by leveraging modern technology and gender/equity lens to strengthen the RMNCHN programs. Applied econometric & biostatistics methods and analytical software (SPSS, STATA, Excel, Atlas.Ti, QGIS, KOBO) for evidence-based decision, effectiveness, data collection & visualisation, and improving the data ecosystem. Facilitated technical leadership to the program design, strategic planning, implementation, and policy & advocacy through Program Management Tools (PIP/SOP/TOC/LFA/DMF/IPTT/QIQA), real-time evidence and appropriate methods/sampling/indicators, and identifying the data gaps through monitoring and triangulating different data sources (monitoring data, administrative data, NFHS/DHS, and other global data sets), budget estimates & population projections. Tested novel methods to improve the rigour and efficiency of impact evaluations and evidence synthesis, including permissions from IRB. Build capacities of internal and external stakeholders on Planning, Monitoring & Reporting (PM&R) frameworks and use for the program efficacy. Prepared TORs, M&E briefs, policy briefs, program concept notes and presentations.Led & planned 4 pan-India level surveys; commissioned 50+ monitoring & evaluation studies to assess the efficiency and effectiveness of the project.
