The Planning Leadership Table, includes persons with Lived Experience and representatives of both McGill and Trent University to assist in the research evaluation of applicability to other small city and small or rural primary care sites.

As founder of the Kawartha Centre I managed a staff of 19 highly skilled health care professionals who support persons with dementia and their families. In that role I was a principal investigator for international research trials for Alzheimer disease, participating in double blind placebo controlled research. We pride ourselves on serving the patient and their family, in a climate of academic rigour and best practices.Through the Kawartha Centre, I have launched broad community initiatives to support primary care physicians in the diagnosis and management of dementia. Results of physician engagement in this initiative were presented at the CGS 2009 and resulted in being appointed as the Ontario co-lead for the CIHR funded ROSA (Research on the Organization of Services for Alzheimer) study.

The Canadian Canoe Museum Board is a cross-Canada skills based board empowered to develop a new site for this Canadian museum. As a board member, I have participated in developing the necessary planning, financing, fundraising, and friend-raising activities to support the museum. As canoes are deeply rooted in Canadian and Indigenous history, efforts at the board level have emphasized diversity, inclusion, and sensitivity. The Truth and Reconciliation document coupled with organizational focus and active participation by many Indigenous communities across Canada have resulted in many transformative changes in programming, literature, and language.

The Seniors Care Network is a health care network that incorporates services relevant to Frail Senior Care in the CE LHIN. Dr. Ingram was one of the founding/planning committee members of the CE LHIN that has seen explosive growth in the service provision as a result of this organization. The SCN now orchestrates the professional activities of the four programs under its organizational umbrella which include GAIN Geriatric Assessment and Intervention Network Clinic sites (12) GEM Nurses, Geriatric Emergency Management Nurses working in ERs across our LHIN, NP STAT program offering NPs to serve institutional seniors on a routine and on call basis, and BSO trained staff who have special training in the assessment and management of complex and disruptive behaviours that emerge in the care relationship whether in the community or in institutional settings.

The Seniors' Lead Physician role was developed by the Seniors Care Network, during the development of a Medical Advisory Council (MAC) for the Region known as CE LHIN. The role transcended the area of Central East and involved leadership and support to the many programs (GAIN, NP Stat, Collaborative Memory Services, Age Friendly Hospitals and Age Friendly Communities) of Seniors Care Network.

Consulted on Health Care delivery required in institutional or non-profit organizations planning services or facilities to serve older adults and persons with dementia and frailty. Contracts were undertaken in many communities across Canada including Elliot Lake, Toronto, St Catherines and Niagara Falls .

Pivotal expansion and events of this Board Work included the Stauffer Library completion 1994, of the Herstmonceaux Castle acquisition 1992 gifted by Dr Alfred Bader and Isobel Bader and the visit of Prince Charles and Princess Diana to the campus for the Sesquicentennial of Queens University October 28 1991.

Learned of the need to create appropriate boundaries for institutional investments to avoid investments that may be viewed as counter to the cultural and social values of the parent institution.

Participated in future planning related to managing seniors', older adults, persons with dementia, in the redesign of existing facilities or the creation of new facilities. Location of work was throughout Ontario. Work was project based and intermittent, pending funding and project approval.
