Worked with the Medical School to co-create a new suite of programmes- M.Sc., PG Dip, PG Cert and PG Award in Healthcare Leadership. All delivered wholly online. Launch was January 2021. Teach HR (recruitment; leadership; theory to practice) at both Undergraduate and Postgraduate levels. Supervisor for UG ‘Year in Industry’ students and PG dissertation students.

Director of the MSc. HRM programme.Module Leader on modules in Business Leadership and 'HR from academic and practitioner perspectives'. I work predominantly with Masters level students, designing and delivering materials for Msc. students, including blended learning materials. I organise Business Breakfasts and evening events for CIPD members to enable academic impact within the HR community. Events included a Centenary event with Dr. Meredith Belbin.My research is longitudinal in nature and concerns the educational experience of Chinese students who are studying in the UK. My prior research focused on the career aspirations of female HR professionals.

Red Rocks Consulting Limited provides leadership and coaching services in the form of Strategic Away Days, Leadership training and 1-1 executive coaching. Jenny is a conference speaker and has addressed national conferences in both England and Wales.Case studies include a six month project with a Public Sector organisation which incorporated coaching for all the leaders, individual profiling and a corporate Away Day. Cutting edge methodologies are used, such as the PEP Lite profiling tool, Metaphors and Clean Language.Jenny has been working in partnership with Dr. Meredith Belbin and Simon P Walker to create The Big Conversation. She organised the inaugural event in Liverpool and it enjoyed extensive praise.

Having been selected as Conservative prospective parliamentary candidate (PPC) for Wirral West in November 2023, I will shortly be moved to Parliamentary Candidate status.

July 2017- June 2018 Council Representative2014 - July 2017 Branch Chair As Chair, I attended CIPD HQ Council meetings in London to represent the region. I also ensured that we had an effective programme of events that met the needs of all of our members in the region.2009 - 2014 As Chair of CIPD Special Interest Group I helped to orgainse regular events that reflected trends in Human Resource Development (HRD), including coaching and mentoring. Recent events included career management during restructuring, solution-focused coaching, LEAN management,left/right brain leadership and Business Savvy.

Carried out various assignments for corporates, such as:Ran an away Day for a charity, which lead to their ultimate accreditation as a Housing Foyer.Wrote and delivered a management development programme for a Housing Association.Carried out a 'Human Factors Healthcheck' for a company, combined with a coaching programme.Organised and ran an 'Away Day' for 90 people to integrate company divisions together.Event Manager for a large bank during recruitment exercises.

Held varied roles including National Training Manager and Manager of the Banking Temps division. As Training Manager, I implemented the new Competency Framework, devised and delivered the Training Needs Analysis, wrote the Training Strategy and advised on the implementation of e-learning. Furthermore, I was part of an Investors in People re-accreditation team and delivered numerous training courses. I set up the Banking Temps division and enabled it to become one of the highest-performing divisions in the group.
