Dr. Jerome Lowe serves as a contract DOT commercial airplane and helicopter pilot. He has been a licensed pilot for over 31 years. He is a licensed DOT Federal Aviation Administration Airplane and Helicopter Mechanic also. FAA Trained Aviation Accident and Prevention Investigator. He serves the United States Air Force Auxiliary , Advance trained CAP Mission Military Chaplain, equip for military deployment in any branch of the military during National Emergencies. Civil Air Patrol Chaplain 1st Lt. Dr. Lowe is a notary public and Clinical Flight Chaplain and serves in other classified roles outside of these organizations. Dr. Lowe has been a member of AOPA. Airplanes Owners and Pilot Association for 20 years. He truly enjoys flying and maintained membership for several years in the International Society of Air Safety Investigators (ISASI). He is a professional aviation accident and incident investigator and a diplomat, trained in Stockholm Sweden and here in the United States.

I served as a Clinical Chaplain , healthcare clinician, A licensed minister , a clergyman appointed by the North American Division Chaplaincy Ministries GC., ACM, an ecclesiastical endorsed healthcare and military chaplain. I provide Spiritual and Pastoral care to patients and staff in my various fields of qualification which includes the community at large, bringing hope to the hopeless in times of trauma and crisis. My ministry embraces a vast multi-faith community in every walks of life. Providing an unmatched compassionate cheerful service to people in need. This has always been my passion since the age of 5. If the person is not physically able to ride with me from the ground to the big blue sky in a commercial airplane or helicopter, then i would use one of my many God given skills to transport the downcast person with words of assurance and encouragement that would bring hope to the hopeless as they recenter their focus on the heavenly, that lies high above the clouds , beyond the heavenly galaxies where our ultimate future lies.

For 27 years, Lowe’s Music Club (LMC) has been providing music lessons to the entire family and community. Dr. Jerome Lowe, founder, president , concert musician, classical musician , sacred music therapist and renowned music instructor who provides musical services to healthcare facilities, churches, and educational institutions. LMC is a member of the world renowned Florida Federation of Music Clubs , a Florida Fellow Philanthropy Member and a long standing member of the National Federation of Music Clubs. org, which is the only music organization of NATO and the United States Senate. Every year we provide scholarships and new musical instruments to many children and adults who are passionate towards music but cannot afford the cost due to their financial constraints. Many recipients have lost one or both parent tragically and have taken a downward spiral and this is one of the many ways we give back our time, resources and monies to the community. We have used musical enrichment education to bring back resilience to the child, parent, family and community and over the years this program has been remarkably successful. Each year students; children and adults are prepared to take their musical external exams with the 250,000 plus participants from other music clubs nationwide. This includes full participation in National and State Festivals, and Conventions that are held at selected colleges and Universities across the United States of America by the National Federation of Music Clubs. Dr. Lowe was appointed to the presidency of the renown Friday Morning Musicale Theater in Tampa Florida 2015. This organization is 113 year old and was incorporated to promote and educate the proliferation of the art of music. All of his students, both juniors and adults alike participates in the State Music Festival annually, but the juniors move on to auditioning at the University state music competition and all does exceptionally well. Great track record he maintains.
