Responsible for overall supervision, operation and performance of Adolescent Residential and Outpatient Programs. Responsible for development and implementation of program structure, training, and supervision of clinical staff, volunteers, and interns. Coordinate client referrals with other agencies and conduct client screenings. Coordinate residential and outpatient services with other agencies and facilitate interagency relationships. Responsible for compliance with requirements for fiscal management of program.Directly supervises all employees, interns and volunteers in the Adolescent Residential and Outpatient Programs.
