Arbitrating commercial disputes of all sectors of industries

as an expert of international commercial arbitration, particularly in the field of international trade and investment, is expected to resolve disputes relating to China investment and trade in Cambodia

arbitrating interntional and domestic contractual disputes on sales, lease, roylties, liscences, funding, training, M&A, loan, etc.

So far I have made decisions on about 15 domain names disputes cases, mostly as a sole expert tribunal.

As a visiting scholar, I was awarded Holloering International Fellowship named after the former General Coiunsel of AAA, an important persoanage in international commercial arbitration. I stayed at the Headquarters of AAA at Madison Street. I visited the AAA library and the ICDR very often to research and observe the practice of arbitration there. Sadly, the library was later sold out to a university.
