Dr Jitendra Kumar is currently associated with the Department of Management Studies, Sikkim Manipal Institute of Technology, SMIT, Sikkim as Associate Professor. An academic career spanning over 15+ years of experiences, presently working as an Associate Professor in the Department of Management Studies and served the institution as Chairman – Admission at Sikkim Manipal Institute of Technology, Sikkim. For many years, I have also had extensive industry experience in the fields of finance and marketing.I believe in teamwork, organizational leadership, and taking measurable risks with my assigned work. Taking moral responsibility for the projects undertaken and completing them with full dedication and results is my professional identity. I have published many papers in Scopus and UGC-indexed journals and am a PhD guide for many research scholars. I am also associated as an associate editor with the International Journal of Applied Management Theory and Research and as a reviewer with many international and national journals of repute.
