I have done my Ph.D. in Population Studies from the International Institute for Population Sciences and I have 7 yrs of extensive experience in public health research and program evaluation my career, I have been dedicated to advancing public health initiatives through rigorous research and data analysis. As a Measurement Learning Coordinator for a maternal and young child nutrition initiative in Uttar Pradesh, I developed methodologies, coordinated training for interviewers, and ensured the integrity and quality of data collected. This role honed my ability to manage complex projects and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.In my capacity as Associate Project Director for the National Family Health Survey (NFHS-6) in Maharashtra, I successfully managed field operations and quality assurance processes, providing essential data that informs health policy and program development. My recent work as Project Manager for a baseline study on a literacy program in Karnataka further solidified my expertise in designing research methodologies and analyzing educational interventions' impacts on children's reading habits.
