Abstract:Security Researcher (Cryptography, Anonymization, Differential Privacy) with a passion for all things related to applied cryptography and anonymization.*****Full Intro:I am a senior researcher at SAP Security Research and I have a PhD from KIT for efficient secure computation of differential privacy mechanisms. My thesis received the ERCIM (European Research Consortium for Informatics and Mathematics) STM Best PhD thesis Award.My research interests are cryptography and anonymization (differential privacy). I presented my research results at CCS, USENIX Sec, NDSS and SAP's premier Technology Education conference (TechEd).Additionally, I participated in multiple EU-funded research projects -- in the areas of privacy-preserving cloud computation (PRACTICE) and confidential information sharing and analysis (C3ISP) -- and I was SAP's project manager for the EU project MOSAICrOWN (privacy-preserving analytics in cloud data markets) and GLACIATION.
