About Dr Jonathan S.

As a Clinical Psychologist, I take an integrative approach to my practice drawing on multiple psychological therapies, including Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Analytic Therapy (CAT), Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, and Systemic approaches. This supports me to take a person-centred approach to care by adapting psychological therapy for a range of clients with different needs and presentations.My clinical training has also provided me with partial accreditation towards a post-qualification Diploma in Clinical Neuropsychology. My clinical work enables me to draw upon this training as part of the assessment, formulation, and diagnosis of mental health and/or neurological difficulties, which can further support intervention.I am part of wider (local and national) autism research, particularly focused on older adults.
