Dr. Joseph NDACYAYISENGA is a lecturer in department of Biotechnologies at INES Ruhengeri (High Institute of Applied Sciences) from Nov. 2015. He completed a PhD in Molecular Biology & Biotechnology at Pan African University- Institute of Basic Scieces, Technology and Innovation (PAUSTI). He holds a Master’s degree in Biotechnology and PGD (Post Graduate Diploma) in Dairy technology from ANNAMALAI UNIVERSITY, a Bachelor’s degree in biotechnologies from INES-Ruhengeri and Advanced diploma in Animal health from former ISAE Busogo (currently UR-CAVM). He has many different professional and short course certificates among of them: Short course in Molecular Data for Infectious Diseases (MID) from Institute of Tropical Medicine (ITM)-Belgium, RS ISO/IEC 17025:25:2005 General competence of testing and calibration laboratories, ISO 15189:12 Medical laboratories- Requirements for quality and competence.
