My aim is to maintain the environmental sustainability in the development and help to adopt new Technology. I am experienced by handling 9 different projects for more than 12+ years. I started my career as Researcher then became Research Scientist with the role of Project Coordinator and worked as Environment Safeguard Specialist. I had completed my Ph.D., in 2009 and upskilled my knowledge through certifications such as Project Management Specialist, Business Administration, Environmental Studies, HSE, Statistical Analysis (SAS), Climate related information disclosure, ESG, etc.I had published one chapter in book, 3+ times recommended for IISER National awards, members in 4 associations, provide lead talks in 5 renovated organization, coached 7+ researchers, released 8 technical reports on projects, presented 8 research papers in conferences, published 11 research papers in peer-reviewed journals, managed 30+ public sectors as stakeholders, participated in 40+ training and webinars, trained 500+ peoples, brought 60 million worth of 6 projects to worked Institute and overall worked in projects worth of 20+ billion.My strengths are leadership, work structure, thinking analytically, problem solving and open-minded learning.I am always open to learn new things as change is inevitable. (Indian Institute of Science), Bangalore. As skill enhancement, I have trained for 6 days in CCE-IISc. (Centre for Continuing Education) on Remote Sensing and GIS application, 5 days on Water Safety Plan (WSP) by WHO (World Health Organization) and by KSCST on rainwater harvesting. Detailed report was prepared, peer-reviewed and submitted to the CiSTUP. I have successfully managed the team of 12-15 employee, completed and closure the following 6 projects that are funded by CiSTUP, IISc., KLCDA (Karnataka Lake Conservation and Development Authority) and Department of Urban Development, State Government of Karnataka. All the projects' reports were published, and I have published 4 papers in journals, 3 papers in conference and 5 lead talks. During my tenure, I have also established the analytical laboratories in EMPRI. -

Oct 2005 - Sep 2009Vedaranyam, Tamil Nadu, IndiaI took Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) in Centre of Advanced Study in Marine Biology (CAS), Annamalai University, Tamil Nadu and worked for the project 'Sethusamudram Ship Channel Project - Environmental Impact Monitoring Programme (SSCP-EIMP)' in Palk Strait, Vedharanyam and Palk Bay, Rameshwaram regions. During the tenure, I actively involved in the deep sea and coastal samples collection (water and sediment), and done quality analysis of benthos, plankton and microbes. As I am seaworthy, I had on-boarded for 214 days in 11 Ships and 5 Tug Vessels during my work period. Later, I assist the on-site lab-in charge by Maintenace of lab instruments include the computers, coordinate meetings with stakeholders and contractors through communication, primary data validation and report writing. I am also actively involved in allocation of human resources contained 40-50 researchers for samples collection in coastal areas and deep sea, assemble team for sample analysis and trained the researchers for the same. Resources such as system and chemicals are also allocated by me for the team. Further, inspection of sampling and analysis, data validation and cost verification were under my responsibilities. I am also trained in work safety and ISO 14001: 2004.
