Driven by curiosity and my commitment to deliver against life-threatening conditions, I have shaped my career to follow drug development from the lab to the patient. With 10+ years of international experience in drug discovery & development, I have both project leading and project management experience in CDMO, pharma and academic environments. Currently in a client-facing role, securing customer satisfaction and project profitability by piloting human and financial resources in a CDMO spanning clinical trial manufacturing through to commercialization. After starting in academy, working on antibiotic discovery and resistance mechanisms with molecular microbiology and biochemistry approaches, I moved to the pharma industry to engineer proteins as biotherapeutics of the future. I took this opportunity to learn how drug development is performed as a whole in a mentoring program with a Global R&D Project Manager. Lately, I have been piloting biologics, and most recently oral solid dosage pharmaceutical development in CDMOs.
