Work to ensure that the company’s financial resources are allocated efficiently and align with strategic goals of trading business. Also responsible for business development and overall trading verticals, front office, middle office and back office. **Financial Reporting and Compliance**My key responsibility as CFO is to ensure that all financial statements and reports are accurate, timely, and comply with regulatory standards. This includes managing audits and liaising with external auditors, as well as ensuring the company adheres to all financial regulations and laws.**Strategic Planning**Being CFO I play a critical role in the company's long-term strategic planning. working closely with the Board and other senior executives to develop and implement strategies that drive growth, improve profitability, and increase shareholder value.**Risk Management**Identifying, assessing, and mitigating financial risks is a core function of the my job. This includes managing risks related to market fluctuations, credit, operations, and compliance. I am also tasked with ensuring the company has adequate insurance coverage and contingency plans in place.**Investor Relations**I am often the key point of contact for investors, analysts, and other stakeholders. I am responsible for communicating the company’s financial performance and strategy, fostering investor confidence, and maintaining strong relationships with the financial community.**Capital Structure and Investment Decisions**Managing the company’s capital structure, including debt and equity financing, is a significant part of the my role. Evaluating investment opportunities, oversee mergers and acquisitions, and ensure that capital is deployed effectively to maximize returns.**Cost Management and Efficiency**I am responsible for monitoring and controlling costs across the organization. I identify areas where efficiencies can be improved and work to reduce unnecessary expenditures without compromising quality or service.**Leadership and Team Management**Beyond technical expertise, I exhibit strong leadership skills, managing and mentoring the finance team. Playing a vital role in shaping the company’s culture, driving performance, and ensuring that the finance team supports the organization’s broader objectives.
