Doctorate in Oils,fats and soaps.Published 50 research papers in reputed national and international journals and authored a chapter for a book entitled 'Progress in Lipid Research',published by Pergamon Press,London & Newyork. Thirty years experience in the soaps,detergents,cosmetics and Essential Oil Distillation industry, ,in various capacities and different facets of management during 1980 to 2008 and contributed for the turnaround of the loss making company Karnataka Soaps & Detergents Ltd, Benguluru, into a profitable one. During the years 2009 to 2011,involved in setting up a soap manufacturing unit for Kerala Soaps,A Govt of Kerala undertaking,a unit of Kerala State Industrial Enterprises, Thiruvananthpuram as Project Consultant, from the stage of preparing the project report,Govt approval and final implementation.The first phase was implemented successfully in one year and I was honored by the Govt of Kerala for implementing the Project in record time and for the outstanding service and excellence.The second phase was also completed by the end of second year.The factory is running well and has made profit in the third year of operation.From 2012-16, I was consultant to Mosons Pvt Ltd,Thallliserry,Kerala,the manufacturers of famous Indulekha brand of products,consisting of Hair Oils,Skin Care Oils,Face Creams, Face wash and other cosmetics & Toiletries such as Shampoos, Toilet Soaps, Bathing bars, Transparent Soaps, Laundry Bars etc. The company did extremely well recording annual turnover of Rs 7Cr, 70 Cr, 120 Cr and 150 Cr, in a matter of 4 years when HUL took over the brand.From 2016 to present I am associated with Marigold Global Resources company Ltd,Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, for setting up Essential Distillation facility.
