Research, Guide, and examiner for a few Institutes including IITs.4. Quality Management skills to develop institutes with the highest standard of quality, safety, and patient-friendly. 5. Advising the leaders on radiation dept protocols in executive meetings and execution of recommended protocols across India. 6. Research and development in Radiation oncology, Nuclear Medicine , Radiology , Medical Physics and in any other related clinical departments. Publications in journals, presenting in conferences etc. More than 80 National and International presentations and publications.7. Assisting in getting grants and external funds for research. 8. Execution of total project from Preparation of layouts, plans and getting all the statutory requirements , permissions and approvals , creating SOP's till first patient treatment.
