As part of a talented team, I am currently contributing to the development of a cutting-edge SAAS platform that enables users to make informed and optimized trading decisions across asset classes and currencies, utilizing web-based applications and execution in both exchange traded and OTC derivative markets. My previous background in data visualization and equities trading is a valuable asset to the team, as I help ensure that the platform provides clear and concise information to users.In my role, I lead discovery sessions with stakeholders to gain a deep understanding of their business goals, needs, and success criteria. In collaboration with designers, I help develop optimal data visualization solutions and UI prototypes. I work closely with the development team to resolve complex, multi-faceted problems to meet the business needs and ensure the best technical solutions are implemented. Additionally, I am responsible for creating and maintaining system documentation, facilitating communication, and participating in project planning and task assignment. Lastly, I define and conduct business acceptance tests prior to system release to ensure that all requirements have been met.

Accountable for achieving world class reporting with Power BI. Responsibilities include collecting and translating business requirements into coherent dashboards and reports, creating db views, generating data models and measures using developement tools for SSAS tabular models.Since May 2022 creating HR business metrics to improve core HR processes (TA, internal mobility) in Nortal.April 2021 - May 2022 created business metrics for Utilitas E-service portal.

Created high impact e-government solutions for new or existing systems for clients like Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Rural Affairs but also for Omniva AS. The largest system I have built was a system that collects and processes data for land tax calculations (project size 1.5 Mln EUR). I was responsible for scope defining, project planning and process design. Collaboration with the team and client, coordination between data providers governed by different Estonian public authorities. Database design, interfaces design and documentation, data and tax calculation processes design, UI prototypes.Divided tasks between team members, helped new team members to onboard the complex project, organized end-user testing events, provided project reports to stakeholder. Tutored younger analysts.The new system uses ca. 20 X-Road services to communicate with 10 different Estonian registers, stores, processes and updates data for all Estonian real-estate properties and their owners. System users are Estonian municipalities.

As a scientist I worked in groups of local and international researchers. I gained 5 years of experience in data manipulation, data visualisation and statistical analysis in R. My work manifested in some publications and a doctoral thesis. My most valuable experience goes back to 2013-2014 when I spent 6 months in Denmark as a reasearch scientist.
