With a background in agile delivery and experience of Airlines/Holiday operations Keith was brought in to advise regarding agile practices, manage technical debt and rebuild relationship with main 3rd party supplier and develop relationships between scrum delivery teams

Keith initially joined Monarch's Web Dev Team as Test Manager to drive testing best practices across their flight and holiday website and flights App development. Identifying a gap, Keith's role adapted to scrum master for the Holidays delivery team and broadened to coach and drive agile adoption across the Flights and Holidays Businesses communicating at Stakeholder management level.

In the 9 years at Pitney Bowes Keith’s career adapted and progressed as software delivery transitioned from waterfall to agile methodology. Initially Test Manager for CES product lines Keith implemented and measured effective Test Strategy for CES Products and worked with the teams to develop and share software testing best practices. This involved building an effective offshore testing operation across multiple locations maintaining quality whilst significantly reducing costs and included introducing formal development plans for all Testers based upon ISTQB qualifications. Keith received the Pitney Bowes Diamond award in recognition of this achievement. The operation which Keith continued to manage subsequently expanded to over 60 staff, covering the functions of Development, Testing, Client Support and Language Localisation. When Pitney decided to adopt lean/agile approach Keith embraced this and joined a small team of agile advocates who successfully drove adoption of agile and lean practices across legacy and new Product lines. At this time Keith dissolved his traditional role as test Manager to facilitate the effective creation of cross-functional Delivery Teams and focussed on working with the Delivery Teams on improving their agile maturity and resulting in an environment focussed on qualityKeith made the natural career move from test manager to scrum master when asked to take on the role for a newly formed X-geography Product Delivery team challenged with delivery and end to end solution to a Tier 1 customer. Keith developed as a servant leader and culminating in the team’s effective delivery of “end to end” solution to a tier 1 client realising $1M in revenue recognised by the client for it’s quality and as a significant achievement by senior Pitney Bowes management team

When Keith Joined Emtex as a Test Lead through hands on approach he developed the testing approach and strategy incorporating both manual and automated testing techniques and grew the team from 4 to 13 whilst introducing ISTQB development plans

Initially working in Presales Consultancy Keith developed document composition solutions for telcos, utilities and insurance companies in Europe.Keith's career progressed to managing the UK based team responsible for providing first and second level support to European Xerox customers for Document solutions products including document composition and 1:1 marketing.
