He now strives to provide the best care experience for his patients focusing on conservative care and customizing the operative plan for each patient to achieve their unique goals of surgery and attempting to maximize the patient's recovery results. “My goal is to make sure each patient gets a proper diagnosis and then a treatment plan that fits their needs and circumstances,” he explained. “To me, every patient is an individual with their own particular set of circumstances, so we custom-tailor a treatment plan to fit them and their needs.”“Not every issue can be solved with a minimally invasive procedure,” he said. “But the procedure I recommend will the one that is the least invasive that will give them the best results.”Dr. Kenneth Reesor loves working with patients who know that they have to do their part to get better.“Some patients believe my job is to ‘fix them,’ and I get that – you go to a spine surgeon to make the pain go away,” Dr. Reesor said. “But the patient who is going to have the maximum outcome from spine surgery is the one who works the treatment plan. They need to understand and put an effort into the treatment plan.”
