As a researcher in the field of River Eco-morphodynamics, I have a strong interest in the interplay between physical and biological processes in rivers. I use a multidisciplinary approach to study how river morphology, hydrology, and ecology interact to shape river ecosystems and to determine the effects of human activities on river ecosystems.My expertise includes river morphology, flow-vegetation interaction, and river health management. My research combines field measurements, laboratory experiments, and numerical modeling to understand the processes that control river form and function and to predict the effects of environmental changes on river ecosystems. I have extensive experience in using remote sensing and geospatial technologies and satellite imagery to study rivers at a range of spatial and temporal scales.I am committed to using my research to inform the development of sustainable river management strategies that balance the need for economic development with the protection and restoration of river ecosystems. I am passionate about the role of rivers in providing essential ecosystem services, such as water supply, flood protection, and habitat for fish and wildlife, and I believe that a better understanding of River Eco-morphodynamics is essential for the sustainable management of these resources.Visualizing novel approaches and coming up with feasible solutions to relevant problems is something I find delight in.
