BiographyKhaled joined the ESLSCA University in Egypt as the MBA/PGD Academic Director in March 2021 following three years at Antalya International University in Turkey, and eight years at The American University in Cairo, Egypt. Khaled has an M.B.A. from Alexandria University, a Master of Philosophy from Maastricht School of Management (MSM) and a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) from Maastricht School of Management (MSM). Since 2018 he has been adjunct professor at the ESLSCA University in Egypt, where he teaches many postgraduate courses on management discipline.Prior to joining academia, Khaled held a number of managerial posts in the private sector, specializing in export sales and international business cooperation, and has worked and travelled extensively to more than 50 countries worldwide. Khaled lives in Cairo with his wife and two daughters and can almost be fond of Squash playing with friends in an aggressive competing style. ResearchKhaled's doctoral research examined the impact of leadership styles and strategic practices in the development of organizational performance international of Egyptian SMEs. Since the award of his DBA, his research interests have developed order to incorporate perspectives from blue ocean strategy, design thinking, and innovative business models through his previous experience on senior managerial positions in international business and management.Teaching interestsAs professional certified trainer and full time assistant professor, Khaled has taught a broad range of modules to undergraduates and post graduate levels within the discipline of management international business, but his particular interests center around Strategic Management, Contemporary Management, international business, Entrepreneurship, Organization Behavior, and Human Resources Management.he
