Over 3 years of overseas work experience in Singapore Health System in the field of hospital epidemiology and disease surveillance, providing of public health intelligence and hospital epidemiology services and expert advice in the prevention, control and containment of communicable disease outbreaks emerging infectious diseases and nosocomial infections. Provide information for strategic planning and decision making by senior management and policy makers in these areas of public health specialization and hospital healthcare improvement and participate and represent in the intra-hospital programmes, inter-hospital committees or MOH committees. Over 10 years work experience in Indian health systems strengthening in the field of Reproductive, Maternal, Newborn, Child Health, Immunization Programs, Adolescent Health under UNICEF, Govt. of India, National Health Mission, UNAIDS in southern states. During Covid pandemic worked for improving hospital critical care services, oxygen ecosystem, bio medical waste management, lab systems, vaccination system strengthening through Jhpiego under USAID RISE project.
