My background is in condensed matter physics although I have a broad interest that encapsulates most research topics. More recently I have been a postdoc involved in epidemiological agent based models and network analysis for the complex systems group at The University of Sydney. I've been fortunate enough to participate in scholarship programs with ANSTO, CSIRO, USYD, and UTS which has given me an appreciation for both industry and academic research. I have also worked designing course content for quantum physics at UTS, as a science education officer for Fizzics Education. Currently I am working as a lab technician at Neuroscience Research Australia. Through these various opportunities I've gained experience in computer programming using R, SQL, Python, Matlab, C++, C# and Fortran.
