Hello, I am Dr. Kunal, currently associated with 200 bed multi super specialty hospital as the Chief Operating Officer and associated with NABH as an Assessor for Hospitals (HCOs and SHCOs).I am a healthcare management professional with a medical background – MBBS from BJMC Ahmedabad and managerial skills gained from IIHMR, Jaipur. I am passionate about healthcare operational excellence, quality, and accreditation.Healthcare communication, patient safety, risk management, training and development, human resource management are some of the areas that interest me. After starting my career as medial administrator and quality coordinator, I am now working in the capacity of COO for more than 10 years.
