As an Associate Professor at Amity University, I have been teaching and researching in the field of microfinance for over a year. I have a PhD in microfinance from Ranchi University, where I explored the impact of microfinance on rural women empowerment and poverty alleviation.With more than 16 years of teaching experience and 4 years of banking industry experience, I have developed and delivered courses on various topics related to finance and marketing, as well as mentored and supervised students and researchers. I have also published multiple papers and articles on microfinance and related issues, and participated in national and international conferences and workshops. My mission is to contribute to the academic and social development of the microfinance sector, and to inspire and empower the next generation of learners and leaders.
