Research Title: Advanced model updating methods for generally damped second order systems.I have published one journal paper (Journal of sound and vibration-2009) and one conference paper (IMAC XXVI-2008) so fare. I have finished writing extra two papers one journal paper and one conference paper (IMAC XXIX-2011).I have done some experimental tests using GVT. Obtaining Frequency Response functions (FRFs). Extracting mode shapes from FRFs. Modeling structures to make predicted mode shapes using Finite Element Analysis (FEA). Comparing the extracted and predicted mode shapes. Updating the model. I use software package called MATLAB for my calculation.
