A movie in 11 short video's on Youtube of the book by Chuck Smith. When the book was first published, it was a great explanation of the end times. Although I first saw Pastor Chuck in the tent, in 1971, I never knew much about what Jesus said and the Bible teaches about the End Times, until I started listening to Pastor Chuck every day on the radio in 1985 on KWVE. Although I served as a Deacon, and Chairman of the Singles Ministry at my church, this was never taught. In 1990, when I started studying the Bible and learned every week from Pastor Chuck at Calvary Chapel, Costa Mesa, I was amazed at all the information about the End Times I had never heard before.When I saw his little book early this year, it came to my mind that today, most kids have no idea how to understand the current events in our world. Iran's threats to "wipe Israel off the map, as the Little Satan, and destroy the United States as the Great Satan"​. The lies by Iran to the world, as they work to obtain nuclear weapons. The horrific evil by ISIS, who has declared war against the United States, and one of their leaders declared, "we will fly our flag over the White House"​. Today we have seen over 20 attacks by Muslim Terrorists as an act of Jihad on American soil. The Director of the FBI testified before Congress that they have stopped many attempted attacks, however there is "no way" they can stop the thousands of Muslim terrorists already in the US, and being trained online by ISIS to attack unarmed civilians, military & police! There are 11 little videos. I simply read the words Pastor Chuck wrote after his decades of study in the Bible and about the End Times, the Rapture, and the Tribulation. The goal is to have the teaching on Youtube for anyone to see online. Today, young people have so many tools to download music so they can listen whenever they want to, now this is also an option.

Someone called and was asking about Mary, with a great deal of mis-information. That's when the idea for a novel to tell the story of who Jesus is, and who Mary was came into my mind. I made a list of authors I thought might like to write the book. Dan Wooding was at the top of the list. Today, after 35 years of growth, the company is working on the launch of a national franchise. The franchisee will be able to make over $100,000.00 per year (and much more). The franchise fee will be $25,000.00 and that can be financed for qualified applicants, so they can pay for their business with profits from their own business. Although I will serve as the President for the Start-up, a highly qualified management team is in place, ready to lead the company through Phase One, which will generate in excess of $250 Million.This is based on the Kinko's business model. When I was a student at USC's business school, a fellow student used to copy my class notes. He was a surfer and a goofball. When XEROX introduced the new technology of a copy machine, he thought other students might be lazy like him. He leased a XEROX, put it in a little office, a dump near USC. He didn't know what to call his new business, but since he had kinky hair, he called it Kinko's. The rest is history.This franchise is very different, and based on a different industry. However, we believe it will be the fastest growing franchise ever.The first 25 years of the company were focused on small business development and corporate gift sales. The opportunity to work with several multimillionaires gave me an education which was far superior to anything I ever learned in business school or law school. Much of that part of my education contributed to the concept of starting the new franchise where people could own a business of their own, even in this economy!

Practiced business & real estate law. Retired from the practice of law several times to pursue other business opportunities, one was a Coca Cola business. Bought and sold several real estate properties as investments.

I was responsible for talking with business owners to ascertain their exit strategy. Geneva was #1 in Middle-market mergers & acquisitions with the owners of companies with annual sales of up to $500 Million. We were acquired by Citigroup for $250 Million.Citigroup also acquired Smith-Barney, and The Geneva Company reported to them.One of the best learning opportunities for me was the seminar they offered to business owners, "The Top 10 Mistakes To Avoid When You Sell Your Business". Much of this was never taught in Business School or Law School.

The President and owner created a position for me to work in three areas:1) To assist and serve as a liaison with Rutan & Tucker in the drafting and review of the master shopping center lease, used for centers in Las Vegas. I was also responsible for corporate matters.2) Property management for a full city block, which the owner had acquired over a 20 year period. He was planning to develop a 20 story high rise on the property at Lake and the 210 Freeway. It would have been the tallest building in Pasadena at the time. I assisted with his presentations to the City Board of Supervisors. The politics were highly charged and given a great deal of media attention. The Board wanted this to be a key in the re-development of Pasadena. Others were opposed to any growth in Pasadena, one of the first cities in Los Angeles. I was also responsible for the management of an apartment building on the property which was comprised of commercial and residential properties.3) Land acquisition and shopping center development and leasing. Warren was famous for his ability to acquire large ranch properties in Southern California where the owners refused to sell. Warren had the gift of making an offer they couldn't refuse.

Ron was my mentor and friend at the District Attorney's office. When he was elected as State Assemblyman I went with him to Sacramento and worked on drafting legislation. I then became his District Field Representative to work with and assist constituents with their issues with State Government.

I enjoyed working as the Assistant Manager, Dir. of the Reception Desk, and general operations. Each member of the staff cooked for the staff one night per week. I picked Saturday, since it was the worst day to ski. The Chef helped me, the Lodge paid for the food & cleanup, so I learned to cook and had a dinner party each week. I also worked as the Desert Chef at the Fondue Night at the Lodge. It was a perfect job at the time, because I could establish Colorado residency for law school, and ski every day.

One of the three Founders. We negotiated with Whamo for exclusive marketing rights for Spain. After many ups & downs, with Franco as the Dictator, and the chance of being arrested, We closed the business, and had our final Board of Director's Meeting in Switzerland. Since I had lived in Munich before, I returned to visit some friends. The German Company who had the master rights for the rest of Europe from Whamo, hired me to go on tour with their German associate. As professional frisbee players, we went on tour, doing demonstrations to teach vendors how this "new"(to them) toy could be so much fun. We did a routine of tricks.

I worked as the area manufacturer's ski rep demonstrating the ski to local ski shops.
