My experience as a Researcher spans across childhood development, physical activity and assessment development; establishing, informing and developing practice. Within these areas I have shared findings with national and international audiences as well as having work published in peer reviewed journals. As a Graduate Sports Therapist, my work has taken me into a variety of sports and with clients ranging from amateur to elite performance athletes, who compete nationally and internationally. I have also lectured at universities on Sports Therapy and Exercise Science courses. I am passionate about improving the development, health and wellbeing of young children while also supporting and equipping students through academia.
