With over 15 years of work experience in healthcare, I am passionate about advancing clinical ethics and improving the treatment of eating disorders. As an assistant professor at the University of Colorado, I teach, mentor, and conduct research on ethical issues in medicine, such as informed consent, end-of-life care, and organ donation. I also serve as an attending physician at the Eating Recovery Center, where I provide compassionate and evidence-based care to patients with various eating disorders and co-occurring conditions. My skills in hospitals, public health, and psychotherapy enable me to bridge the gap between theory and practice, and to contribute to the interdisciplinary field of clinical ethics. I value collaboration, diversity, and lifelong learning, and I seek to empower my students, colleagues, and patients with the knowledge and skills they need to make informed and ethical decisions in healthcare
