Designed Tally’s Platform Product org, including the mission, domains, goals, success metrics, and staffing plan.Led 5 engineering teams to re-architect our backend and upgrade to a container-driven deployments infrastructure (Kubernetes). Now we ship 5x faster and code gets to production in less than 24 hours.Led a 15-person team of product managers, designers, and engineers to re-design the onboarding and credit card linking experience. This improved link success by 18%, increased conversion by 10%, and reduced customer contacts by 50%.

Gramsly was a subscription-based gift service company for senior citizens.I built the whole thing. Profiled in Inc., Wired, and Black Enterprise.- Achieved +22% month-over-month revenue growth for 9 months from B2B and B2C sales- Increased unique visits by +400% and got Gramsly at the top of Google’s search results for relevant keywords.

Product consulting: Manage the lifecycle of a product from ideation to launch. Write product requirement specifications, work with engineering and design teams to create shippable products.
