At the initial Consultation visit, we will establish your health goals. We will then explore nutritional, lifestyle and mind-body interventions that may be helpful for you, as well as relevant supplements, botanicals. We will also explore whether alternate modalities like Acupuncture, Ayurveda or Homeopathy will be helpful in your case. We will create a plan that is specific for you.These plans are designed to create lasting changes and these changes take time.
