I am a PhD in Yoga. I am specialized in the field of wellness and fitness. I am also trained in Kalaripayattu, an ancient and traditional martial art of Kerala. I have been practicing Kalaripayattu from the age of eight for the past three decades.I have started Kshetra Group of Kalaris to promote wellness and fitness.I focus on Yoga and kalaripayattu. The Kalari which is located in Aurovile provides the ambience and spirit for holistic wellness and fitness.I conduct short-term term tailored courses to suit the work culture of corporates .I conduct physical lab for international drama and dance artists.I conduct wellness lab for special children.
