Responsible for obtaining 5 Environmental Clearance in Jharia Division; three ECs for mines, 1 EC for washery and 1 EC for sand lease.Obtained EC for Ganeshpur Project including Public Hearing.Coordinated 10 Public Hearings in Jharia and 3 in Iron Ore mines of both Jharkhand and Odisha and 1 in Latehar for Ganeshpur Project.Obtained Forest Clearance stage 1 for part area of West Bokaro mines, Coal Stack Yard for loading station and FC Stage 2 for Land Conveyer.Worked to set right CA land.Submission of compliance of stage 1 FC and regular follow up to obtain stage 2 of FC Receiver of Golden Peacock award Looking after both coal and iron ore and manganese division.Dump reclamation with development of park and garden in West Bokaro Division.Worked for expansion of West Bokaro colliery to 9 MTPA including Public Hearing for the same.

Regularly received awards from JSPCB for best environmental practices.Implementation of OHSAS18001 and ISO9001 and maintain it's continuity.Tailing dewatering plant.Environmental Clearance of Kotre Basantpur project.Closely worked with CMPDIL to obtain EC for KBP Project. (base line, draft EIA/EMP)Obtained CTE and organized Public Hearing in two districts.Development and maintenance of Zero Effluent Discharge from washery to the river.Also ensured no discharge from power house effluent, 100% close circuit recycling. Afforestation of mined out area dumps, avenue plantation.In liaison with officials of Pollution Control Board at Hazaribagh and Ranchi to obtain CTO, CTE authorization etc. Involvement in roles related to Forest Clearance and maintaining relationships with forest officials at Ramgarh and Ranchi level. Also worked in the area of Compensatory Afforestation Land.

In addition to my previous roles,I coordinated implementation of ISO14001 and maintaining it's continuity; MR reviews, internal audit, audit by external body (IRQS). Also, participated as an internal and lead auditor of ISO14001. Working closely with CMPDIL for obtaining Environmental Clearance for 7 MTPA, preparation of EIA/EMP, base line study, preparation of draft EIA/EMP. Obtained CTE from JSPCB and organized public hearing.

Along with being in charge of monitoring and analysis of environmental parameters along with report preparation, updating laboratory, I was in charge of tailings pond management.I did statutory clearances, timely application and compliance to the conditions of statutory clearances for smooth operation of mines, washery and power plant.
