Building up new businesses in large corporations is my passion. Over the past years, I had the honor to build and scale LEDVANCE's smart home business. Together with my team, we set trends in lighting communication technologies (LEDVANCE was the first to leverage SIG BLEmesh for lighting), built and leveraged Ledvance's partnerships with the dominating smart home ecosystem players Google, Apple, Amazon and Bosch and simultaneously, I lead Ledvance's innovation efforts. Most notably, we created a new-to-the-industry Human Centric Lighting (HCL) solution called “Biolux” and therewith formed a fundamentally new business for the firm's B2B segment. The award-winning products reflect my track record in customer-centric innovation design & management as well as strategic business development.At ADH, we have developed cloud-native health insurance micro-services for the entire health insurance value chain with the objective to truly disrupt this industry. I have rolled out these services in several AZ entities and was responsible for AZ‘s digital transformation program ACM in the health segment.
