Led the establishment of Real Impact Global, an international impact-focused business headquartered in The Hague, Netherlands.Developed and implemented an innovative operating model designed to address critical challenges across 18 countries in Africa, Asia, and Latin America. Secured €7.5 million in committed funding for the project. Navigated the COVID-19 pandemic by leading an operational readiness project to test and refine core concepts. Oversaw a project team of 30 members, managing capital raising and project development and initial execution. Funding was halted due to the Covid Pandemic.
