Dr. Mark Rocca is a chiropractor, clinical educator, and high-performance consultant with a strong emphasis on patient-centred care and functional restoration. His passion and dedication have led him abroad to learn from the world leaders in the fields of manual therapy, rehabilitation, and exercise science. Using an extensive variety of techniques, he has a unique ability to efficiently uncover and address the underlying causes of pain and dysfunction, with quick and long-lasting results.Dr. Rocca has been in the health, fitness, and performance game for close to 30 years. He has worked with a multitude of athletes including Olympians, World Champions, and Professional Athletes. In addition to his clinical practice he has become a leader in his field having taught and presented on rehabilitation and performance to other healthcare providers across the country. But probably most importantly, he has overcome his own extensive injury history to continue competing as a weekend warrior in off-road multi-sport and adventure races.
