Accountable for significant strategic IT enabled change including ATOL reform, support for the 2012 Olympics, and implementation of new major EASA regulation changes.

In this role I managed a large BI delivery team of up to 70 staff, and managed the successful transition from a largely in house team to a off shore delivery model from Bangalore. During this transition I spent 5 months working in Bangalore.
