Bio-Tech Mushroom is producing safe and export quality White/Brown Button mushroom in Bangladesh by using European best quality raw materials through organic way of production technology. It is being followed by good agricultural practices (GAP). Quality control has been maintaining standards of HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000:2018 food system, BRC and GLOBALG.A.P. but certification awarded HACCP, GMP & HALAL only. Production capacity: 60mt/year. My responsibilities include - Correspondence with Dutch Company, Monitoring Mushroom farm building construction, erection, White button mushroom cultivation, Climate control, Culture monitoring, Yield, Quality and time management, Disease inhibits and pest control etc, Forecast and planning, Ensure production area.- Ensuring proper maintenance of production area, factory premises and equipment, monitor/control factory environment, hygiene, safety and storage condition.- Ensure co-ordination with Marketing division and production personnel- Improve Production Process, quality of productions and facility to meet customer demand to build company image- Controlling or Monitoring work of supervisors and workers, Monitor, Assist, Lead the team member and assess their performance.- Ensure proper communication with local and international vendors and suppliers.- Prepare weekly, monthly, half yearly, yearly production report.- Farm maintenance, Research and development, Council/consutant, Conduct training, Troubleshooting- Manual preparation of BRC Global Standards, ISO 22000:2005, HACCP, GLOBALG.A.P etc and face audit teams respectively.- Mushroom Canning line Set up and R & D, conduct training, guide team to produce canned and glass Jar mushroom. Prepare weekly, monthly, Half yearly and yearly production report. Manual preparation of BRC Global Standards, ISO 22000:2005, HACCP, HALAL and BSTI etc and face audit teams accordingly.
