In 2009-10, when I started my professional journey, I landed in the universe of monitoring & Evaluation unknowingly. Over the years with organisation like CARE, GoodWeave International, Govt, of Delhi and Global Fund, I learned the multiple facets of this domain and understood why M&E function is important to ensure good quality programme delivery and assess the impacts on people, environment and whole ecosystem. Over the years, I got opportunity to strengthen existing and develop new M&E system and ensuring system is creating institutional knowledge in the field of agriculture and off farm livelihood, Nutrition, Education and Climate mitigation, Adaptation where Gender, governance and technology remains cross cutting. I also worked extensively and provided M&E support to supply chain focused programme to ensure responsible production, Compliant products and sustainable impact on working communities and stakeholders.Currently with WWF India, providing M&E support to various types of programme from Nature-based Solutions, Energy transition and Sustainable Business to Ecosystem conservations in climate adaptation and mitigation field. There are times when institutional, corporate donors or government of different countries have different compliance level, project timeline and set of resources, for such scenario I learned how set up monitoring & evaluation system, so that the journey of programme and impact remains evidence-based. With the diverse set of programme experience, certification in M&E from ILO, expertise in M&E Training of Trainers (TOT), training on Real World Evaluation and research also helped me grooming my skills.
