Work responsibilities:-o Data entry of the accounts of the SPMU.o Prepare of monthly expenditure statement of the SPMU.o Prepare of monthly Bank reconciliation statement of the SPMU.o Prepare of monthly salary statement of the SPMU.o Prepare of monthly EPF statement of the SPMU.o Calculation of TDS.o Maintaining Petty Cash Book.o Carry out physical verification of the fixed assets.o Ensuring timely statement of advance.o Release of fund to DPMU as per request.o Making entries of all the bills & cheques using Tally.o Prepare Statement of Expenditure in Excel.o Preparation cheques etc.
